About Us

Clinton Tarver is the owner/sole proprietor of “Clint’s Hotdog Cart” a portable vending unit for both large and small events. Clint has served the greater Lansing area for many years with a hotdog stand located in Builder’s Square and taco wagons serving several General Motors plants. Business grew and Clint opened a small soul food restaurant in Old Town called “Reesies and Clints” (1990-1996). Today, a semi-retired Clint offers gourmet ‘dogs’ from April through November at the corner of Michigan Ave. and Capital Ave. and ‘no fuss, no mess’ hotdog catering for large or small gatherings.
